BACK TO FITNESS

Back To Fitness is a confidence builder for gym based workouts. You will spend the next 4 weeks working with dumbbells, supspension trainers and pin loaded machines to keep you in areas of the gym that are less intimidating, while you focus on simple movement patterns and build your confidence.

HOW MANY SESSIONS PER WEEK?
3 sessions a week (30-45 mins each)

PROGRAMME DETAILS
The programme consists of the following sessions: ‍ 3 x Strength & Conditioning

This programme is base camp. It will provide the tools needed to move onto all other programmes.
