What if i want more than 1 PT session a month?

No problem! Your membership includes 1 personal training session per month, but you can add extra sessions anytime for just £50 each. Whether you want weekly support or an occasional top-up, you’re in full control—just book what you need, when you need it.


Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you’re free to cancel your membership at any time—there’s no long-term contract. However, we strongly recommend committing for at least 90 days. Real change takes time, and giving yourself that window sets you up for success.

How is Hybrid Personal Training different from 1:1 Coaching?

Both offer expert support—but in different formats. With Personal Training, you get one in-person session per month (with the option to add more), focusing on hands-on guidance.
With Bespoke 1:1 Coaching, everything is delivered online, and instead of in-person sessions, you get weekly check-in messages, and a monthly check-in call. Both options give ongoing support for training, nutrition, and accountability.
