Churro Pancake Stack
A breakfast winner from the legend that is Gabeats_ . This one is high protein without the need for adding protein powder. Light, fluffy, delicious pancakes that are perfect for a slow weekend morning.

Serves 1:
70g oat flour
50g 0% Fat Greek yoghurt
1tbs maple syrup
1tsp baking powder
2 good quality eggs
1tsp cinnamon
Low cal spray
Ingredients

Whisk the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry in another. Combine the two together.

Let sit for 10 minutes or so.

Low-cal spray a non stick pan on a medium heat and cook your pancakes for roughly 2-3 minutes on each side.

Sprinkle each pancake with a sweetener(or sugar) / cinnamon mix and top with your favourite sauce spread fruit whatever you like!
