Serves 1:

70g oat flour

50g 0% Fat Greek yoghurt

1tbs maple syrup

1tsp baking powder

2 good quality eggs

1tsp cinnamon

Low cal spray

Ingredients

  • Whisk the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry in another. Combine the two together.

  • Let sit for 10 minutes or so.

  • Low-cal spray a non stick pan on a medium heat and cook your pancakes for roughly 2-3 minutes on each side.

  • Sprinkle each pancake with a sweetener(or sugar) / cinnamon mix and top with your favourite sauce spread fruit whatever you like!
