The Booty Blueprint supports our female community by empowering them to become strong, fit and confident.

It is for women wanting to improve their overall body composition, while focusing mainly on growing their glutes, alongside being supported through education and community.

The Gain Programme blends the key functional movement patterns (Squat, Hinge, Push & Pull) with the best of bodybuilding exercises.

It is for those looking to build muscle strength & size, whilst improving the way they look, move and feel.

4 sessions a week (60 mins each)

4 x Strength (Push & Arms, Pull & Arms, Upper, Lower)

This programme is perfect for any level of experience.

Minimalist

WHAT IS IT?
Minimalist is specifically designed for those who wants to improve their fitness from anywhere. Be it at home, on the beach, in a hotel room or in the corner of a busy gym, the minimalist programme has you covered, requiring minimal equipment and space.

Ideally you will have access to a dumbbell, resistance bands and a suspension trainer but you could get creative and use household objects as a weight, such as a backpack filled with books.

HOW MANY SESSIONS PER WEEK?
3-4 sessions a week (45-60 mins each)
