Biscoff Overnight Oats

Nutritional Information

Serves 2:

1 ripe banana

100g of oats

1tsp of ground cinnamon

250g of 0% fat greek yoghurt

115ml semi-skimmed milk

For the topping:

250g of 0% fat greek yoghurt.

30g of biscoff spread

2 biscoff biscuits.

Ingredients

  • Add the banana to a bowl and mash with a fork. Add in oats, cinnamon, yoghurt and milk and mix to combine.

  • Add biscoff spread to a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute until melted. Add in the yoghurt and mix with a fork until smooth. Optional: to make even higher in protein you can add in some protein powder as well.

  • Divide the oat mixture into two jars or tuppaware containers, add the biscoff yoghurt mixture on top, cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours. Optional: crumble a biscoff biscuit on top and add some banana slices before serving.
